Privacy declaration

This Privacy Statement relates to the collection and use of your personal data by Olthof Support. Olthof Support not only advises on data processing, but also carries them out itself. Olthof Support therefore knows the importance of privacy. This is done, among other things, on the basis of appropriate measures that are periodically evaluated and updated. Your personal data is therefore processed with the greatest possible care. We like to be transparent in this, which is why we explain below how we handle your personal data.

Olthof Support processes your personal data for various purposes, namely:

1. Newsletter
   If you have registered yourself for our newsletter, for example by filling in the form on our website, you will periodically receive a digital newsletter with updates about Olthof Support. In addition, we may use your data for the occasional sending of other information that may be of interest to you, such as an invitation to an event from Olthof Support or current developments. We use your name and e-mail address to receive our newsletter (art. 6.1.a AVG: consent).
   If you no longer appreciate the newsletter, use the link at the bottom of the newsletter to unsubscribe. Whether your data is subsequently removed from our system depends on the relationship you have with us, for example a customer relationship.
2. Relationship management and project implementation
   For relationship management and our services, we process personal data of (former) customers, including contact details and project data. This data can also be used to handle any disputes (art. 6.1.f GDPR: legitimate interest or 6.1.b GDPR: execution of the agreement).
3. Respond to a question or comment on a blog
   Have you submitted a question or communication via our contact form or would you like to respond? Then we ask for your data, such as a name and e-mail address so that we can respond to your question, communication or response (art. 6.1.f GDPR: legitimate interest).

We only share your personal data with processors and subcontractors, except for the cases mentioned in the law.

Your data will not be kept longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless this data must be kept on the basis of a legal obligation or until you request that your data be deleted.

Your data in our administration will be stored within the applicable legal terms. Furthermore, personal data of customers is archived in the context of knowledge management, future project implementation and handling disputes.
